It's not clear to me if you can actually get video of you speaking attached to the slide presentation or not. If so, I can see the value of it - but if it's just voice, then Slideshare already has that functionality for free.

Nice idea - a resource to find out more about airports, from the people who use them. 2 problems - first, it's US airports only at the moment, and second - why isn't it an app? Sure, I can check out the stuff on the site prior to leaving home, but it would be so much more useful to be able to check out, rank, rate and comment on an airport on my iPhone while I'm sat around with nothing to do!

Each scrapbook is filled with collages, which are the pages of the scrapbook. There are individual user scrapbooks and group scrapbooks, called "collections." Collections are made-up of pages linked from individual scrapbooks with the intention of bringing together memories of a shared experience. Your scrapbook is uniquely made-up of your ideas, snips, web scraps, photos, and w/e else you can come up with, all "smashed" together into a collage (a.k.a. a "smashbook"). 

Some notable features available to you are: image cropping (circular, rectangular, triangular, free-hand!), image suggestions, page & photo commenting, free-hand drawing, image & shape resizing and rotating, an "about me" blurp to freely describe yourself, and the ability to invite, share with, and connect to friends and family, making Wollage the best place on the web to creatively and collaboratively share your memories and experiences!

This would be a really useful addition to a teachers pack - students could work together or individually to create a scrapbook.

Stich.It - Turning the Web into Stiches!

Stich.It - Turning the Web into Stiches! It says of itself "Simply copy-and-paste a set of links in our text box and click 'Stich It'. We'll convert those links into one short URL for you to share. It's that easy!"

A fair number of these are out there, and this looks as good as any of them.

What About Me?

If you like those fancy infographics, you may enjoy the What About Me?  site. You give it details about who you are - your Twitter account, Youtube, Facebook, and then it'll create a nice infographic for you. It covers such aspects as 'stories I tell', 'when I clock in', 'my connections' and so on. It works reasonably well, though I was slightly surprised at some of the things it came up with, but all in all, since it doesn't require much work, a fun tool. The one that it made for me is below:

Instant Screen Sharing

Screenleap says of itself "Screenleap makes it really easy to share your computer screen. You can share your screen with as many people as you like with no downloads, account setup, or cost required. Friends, family, and colleagues can view your computer from their laptops, desktops, or mobile devices without having to install anything." I've not tried this one yet, but it looks very interesting!

Need to share screens? JoinMe is a package that I read about on one of the news lists, and it got very favourable reviews. The freebie version does the following:

• screen sharing
• 250 viewers
• share control
• multi-monitor
• chat
• send files
• viewer: iPad/iPhone or Android

It looks rather nifty, and I like the chat option, although voice and webcam would also be rather good too. However, as they say of themselves 'it's ridiculously simple'.

inFocus.cc

This is a clever tool, and one that would work well on training courses for example. You provide a URL of the page that you want and then InFocus pulls a copy of it for you to play with. You then highlight the bit that you're interested in and the rest of the page is greyed out. You then have a URL that you can share with other people. I tried it out, highlighting the search elements of my home page so you can click on the link, or if you're lazy (like me!), this is what it looks like:

Neat and simple. I'd like it more if you could add more than one highlight and I'd really like it if you could annotate it, but it's still a really useful resource.

TweetReach

How Far Did Your Tweet Travel? This is a nice tool. Simply type in a @name, hashtag, URL and so on, and see how far it travels. Here's a sample screenshot:

It then goes on to show you who has tweeted your search term and how many people it has gone out to, so it really gives you an indication of well, how far your tweet reaches! You can use it in manual mode for free, but there are also a variety of commercial versions available if you want to monitor terms.
